Pamper house is Perth's first innovative in-house mobile pamper party where we come to you providing a selection of beauty & complimentary therapies in the comfort of your own home, office or chosen venue!

(“the Customer”) agrees with Noeleen McLean trading as “PamperHouse Parties” ABN 41 969 690 824 (“PamperHouse”) as follows:

1. The price for a PamperHouse party (“the Fee”) is based on the number of guests at the time of booking.  In the event that there are any less guests the Fee will be the same.
2. The Customer must pay to PamperHouse:
• a deposit of 25% of the Fee (“the Deposit”) at the time of booking; and
• the remainder of the Fee no later than seven days prior to the date of the event.
3. The Customer must give at least seven days notice to PamperHouse of cancellation of an event, failing which the Deposit will be forfeited in full.
4. The Customer must return all consultation forms and any other relevant paperwork at least seven days prior to the date of the event in order that PamperHouse may arrange any adaptations to the treatments as required.
5. The PamperHouse consultant may refuse to provide treatment to any person whom the consultant considers in his or her opinion to be behaving inappropriately or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, in which case no refund will be payable.
6. PamperHouse consultants require a smoke free environment.  In the event that such an environment is not, in the reasonable opinion of the consultant, provided, then the PamperHouse consultant will cancel the event, whereupon no refund will be payable.
7. Due care and consideration must be taken with PamperHouse equipment.
8. The customer must pay for all damages.
9. All non-disposable items remain the property of PamperHouse and are to be returned at the end of the event.
10. Each participant in the event must notify the PamperHouse consultant as to any allergies and potential for allergic reactions to any products or processes to be used or applied by the PamperHouse consultant.  PamperHouse is not responsible for any allergic reactions if consent has been given for the treatment or allergies were not declared.
11. Last minute bookings can usually be accommodated, however, full payment is still required before commencement of event.
